Terms and Conditions

1. The Competition

Subject to these terms and conditions, the top (20) finishers of this competition (the “Competition”) will receive the prizes listed below.

2. Binding Agreement

You agree that by participating in the Competition you will be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

3. How to participate

(a) The competition will run from November 1st, 00:00 – November 30th 23:59 UTC;
(b) Registration is available at any time until November 28th, 00:00 UTC;
(c) When the Competition starts login instructions will be sent to the participant’s email address;
(d) Only one account per participant per Competition is permitted. If you are deemed to have opened multiple accounts ALL your accounts will be disqualified from the competition, and you will forfeit the opportunity to win any of the prizes offered.

4. Winner Selection

4.1 Subject to TradingCult‘s rights under these Terms and Conditions, if you meet the eligibility requirements and the participation criteria, your participation will be valid.
4.2 Traders will be judged based on the highest profit at the end of the Competition period
4.3 The Contest rules require that you do not breach either of the following rules:
a) 5% Daily Loss Limit recalculated every day after a rollover (00:00 server time)
b) 10% Maximum Loss of the starting balance
c) Trade for a minimum of 3 Days
d) TradingCult shall have no further obligation to the Winners once the Prizes are delivered.
4.4 Winners will be required to undergo KYC verification before the prize is delivered.
4.5 Notification of winning will be sent to the registered email address within two weeks after the conclusion of the competition.
4.6 In the event of no response for more than approximately two weeks after the notification of winning, the prize may be forfeited, and all rights will be transferred.
4.7 If the winner is unable to claim their monetary prize due to circumstances beyond their control, a challenge of equivalent monetary value will be issued.
4.8 Each person can win only once. In the case of duplicate wins, the higher-ranking prize will be awarded preferentially.
4.9 Ranking Criteria: The participant who achieves the highest profit in their event account by the end of the competition will be declared the winner. The determination of the winner is based solely on the comparative profits generated during the competition timeframe.
4.10 To qualify for the promotion and be eligible for receiving prizes (subject to meeting all other criteria), clients must: Follow the designated social media account as specified on the landing page
4.11 Prize Accounts will be issued on the MT5 platform only.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, your rights to litigate, to seek injunctive relief, or to any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this Competition are hereby excluded, and you expressly waive any and all such rights.

6. General Conditions

6.1 Purpose and Scope: The trading competition is designed solely for the demonstration of trading skills in a simulated environment. The primary objective is to rank participants based on the profits generated from event accounts during the competition period.
6.2 In the event that TradingCult considers your participation in this Competition is, or is likely to be, in breach of these Terms and Conditions, TradingCult reserves the right, without prejudice to any other rights under the Terms and Conditions, to immediately withdraw your participation from the Competition.
6.3 TradingCult may, in its discretion, cancel, or reverse the award of the Prizes if it is made in error.
6.4 TradingCult reserves the right at its sole discretion to alter, amend, modify, suspend or terminate this Competition, or any aspect of it, including but not limited to extending the contest period at any time and without prior notice. In such an event, TradingCult will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email.
6.5 If the Competition cannot be executed as planned, due to reasons beyond the control of TradingCult, including (but not limited to) any problems or technical malfunction, TradingCult shall incur no liability to you in connection with the Competition.
6.6 If any provision(s) of the Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
6.7 You are solely responsible for the payment of any and all taxes, including but not limited to federal, state and local taxes that may apply to your participation in the Competition.
6.8 Disclaimer of Real Profits: Participants acknowledge and agree that the profits shown in the event accounts are fictitious and serve no real monetary value. The competition is conducted in a simulated trading environment, and any profits generated are intended purely for competitive assessment and ranking.
6.9 Non-Withdrawable Profits: All profits accumulated in the event accounts during the competition are virtual and are not eligible for withdrawal. These profits are exclusively for the purpose of determining rankings within the competition and do not represent actual financial gains.
