Dispute Resolution
and Refund Policy

1. Right to Refund

Activation of Services:

  • Upon successful payment for the Challenge program, Clients will be provided with login credentials.
  • By executing the first trade, Clients acknowledge and agree that the Company has fulfilled its Services, waiving any right to withdraw from the contract.

Non-Activation:

  • Clients must activate the Challenge program within 30 (thirty) calendar days of
    receiving login credentials.
  • Failure to activate within this period will result in suspension of access.
  • Clients may request access renewal by contacting [email protected], subject to any applicable terms and conditions.

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) days of registration.
  • Refunds are only applicable in cases where no trading activity has taken place during this period.
  • Once trading has commenced, all fees become nonrefundable. There will be no provisions for either full or partial refunds.

3. Disputes and Chargebacks

Unjustifiable Disputes or Chargebacks:

  • The Company reserves the right to cease all services to Clients who initiate unjustifiable disputes or chargebacks.
  • The Company also reserves the right to deny future services to such Clients at its discretion.

4. Dispute Resolution Process

Initial Resolution Attempt:

  • Clients are encouraged to resolve any issues or disputes by contacting the Company’s support team at [email protected].
  • The support team will review the case and respond within 5 (five) business days.

Formal Dispute:

  • If the Client is not satisfied with the initial resolution attempt, they may escalate the matter by submitting a formal dispute in writing to the Company’s legal department at [email protected].
  • The formal dispute must include detailed information about the issue, relevant transaction details, and any supporting documentation.
  • The Company’s legal department will review the dispute and provide a response within 10 (ten) business days.

Mediation and Arbitration:

  • If a dispute cannot be resolved through the above channels, both parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation.
  • The mediation will take place in the jurisdiction where the Company is headquartered, and the decision of the mediation will be final and binding on both parties.

5. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

  • This policy and any disputes arising under it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles.

6. Amendments to the Policy

  • The Company reserves the right to amend this Dispute Resolution and Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice.
  • Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Company’s website.
  • Clients are responsible for regularly reviewing this policy to stay informed of any updates.

By participating in the Challenge program, Clients agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Dispute Resolution and Refund Policy.
